Brian LaVine

Criminal Defense Attorney

Brian graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Government and a minor in History.

Brian enrolled at South Texas College of Law in August 2012. While in law school, he focused on criminal law and trial advocacy. Brian was a quarterfinalist in the 2014 Abraham Watkins Intramural Mock Trial Competition. He was also an intern at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for a year in both the misdemeanor and felony divisions. Brian graduated South Texas College of Law a semester early and received his Juris Doctor degree in December 2014.

Brian has represented clients charged with all types of crimes, from misdemeanors to first degree felonies. Brian believes that a client accused of committing a crime deserves a lawyer who will outwork the prosecution every step of the way. He believes that a client’s best defense is an aggressive defense. Combined with his commitment to seek justice and experience, Brian is ready to work with you side by side to obtain the best possible outcome for your case.
